Each linocut is individually hand printed and numbered as part of a limited edition of 50. There are two linocuts used in each print...the background and the foreground. This is called a two-block lino.
They are printed on 135 gms cartridge paper and mounted into an acid free, snow white mount board.
Size: the image measures 6 x 8“ and the outside of the mount measures 10x12”.

Keeping it local
Rachel takes her inspiration from walking and observing nature across the Dorset and wider countryside. Shafesbury-based, she works from a studio in a converted cowshed at Gold Hill organic farm in Child Okeford. Her linocuts are hand printed in her studio using either her Victorian etching press or book press.
