Our connection with the land is rooted in the very sense of our being. From the moment we take our first steps to our final resting spot, the land is a constant. Thankfully there's lots of time in between these two points to enjoy the land and all it offers.
From rugged paths across coastal cliffs to mossy steps in the rolling hills, the texture, colour, smell and touch is a feast for the senses. Our evolution from taking no notice of where we walk to finding fascination in the tiny ecosystems that surround us is often linked to our state of mind. Time to dwell and ponder helps our minds to wander, and the curious side to emerge.
